A Room In Your House That Nobody Else Enters

The October Build · Two Installations Only

Six minutes.
Your own room.
Nobody watching.

A cold plunge and sauna, built into your house. Ready every morning. Maintained for a year by the same two technicians. You never touch the water, and nobody ever sees you use it.

What you are actually buying

A door you can close.

The hot and the cold you could get anywhere. Hotels have them. Two gyms in your city have them. You have walked past them for years and not used them once, and you know exactly why.

What you cannot get anywhere is six minutes where nobody knows your name.

At five in the morning there is no reception desk. No member who wants a word. No towel-and-handshake. No shared water, no slot, no phone on the bench. You walk twenty steps from your bedroom, you close the door, and for six minutes you are nobody's chairman, nobody's boss and nobody's contact.

Everything else you want in this country can be delivered. This is the one thing that has to be built.

The obvious answer

So put one in the house.

Everybody arrives here on their own. Buy the equipment, clear a spare room, use it every morning. Done.

Simple. And it fails about eight times out of ten.

Why the obvious answer fails

Four ways a half-million-peso purchase becomes a planter.

It lands and sits there

The crate opens. The seller has no electrician, no plumber, no technician. It waits in your garage while you look for people who have never seen one.

It looks like a drum

Most of what ships here is a utility tub with a hose. In your house that is not furniture, it is an eyesore — so it gets moved out of sight, and out of use.

Nobody will clean it

This is the one that kills it. Cold water left alone goes cloudy. Someone has to drain, scrub and refill, and nobody in the house wants that job. Two months later it is under a cover.

And the privacy goes first

It breaks, so a different repair crew is in your house every time. Strangers walking past your bedroom, taking photos “for the file”. You bought privacy and you now have a queue of contractors.

The equipment was never the hard part. Keeping the water clean, and keeping your house to yourself while it happens, is the whole job — and nobody selling tubs does either.

What we built instead

Three promises, and they are all about being left alone.

The same two technicians. Nobody else.

Not a rotating crew. The two people who installed it are the two who come back, by name, on a date you agreed. Unmarked vehicle. No photographs of your house, ever. A written confidentiality undertaking in the contract, not on request.

The water is engineered, not hosed in.

Circulation, filtration and ozone sized to your household before we quote, and soft treated fill water from day one — Philippine supply water is hard, and untreated it scales the chiller and shortens the life of everything. It is clear on a Tuesday for the same reason it was clear on Sunday.

Nobody in your house ever services it.

Filters, water checks and deep cleans for twelve months, on a schedule. Not your wife, not your helper, not you. You use it and walk away wet.

Treatment is our trade. The plunge is where we point it.

The guarantee

You will never look at cloudy water.

Cloudy, or failing a water check at any scheduled visit in the first twelve months? We put it right at our cost, and the next quarter of service is free.

We can write that because we size the water system before we quote, and because we are the ones coming back. A supplier who ships you a tub cannot offer it.

Straight answers

Before you say yes.

How private is this, really?

We publish no client names, no addresses and no photographs of private installations — that is the default, not something you have to ask for. The undertaking is in the contract. The two technicians are named in it.

How much space?

About 12 square metres. A spare room, covered lanai, terrace, corner of the garage. We show you the layout before you commit. If your space will not take it, we say so.

Is it loud?

The chiller is the only moving part — a quiet aircon compressor that cycles. Sited away from bedrooms as standard.

The electricity bill?

Less than you expect. It holds temperature rather than making cold from scratch. You get the measured figure for your configuration, at your rate.

Do I touch the water?

Never. That is the point.

How long to install?

A few weeks once your space is ready. Finnish saunas are made to order and take longer. Dated schedule before you pay anything.

Outside Cebu and Manila?

Yes, nationwide, including island and resort properties. Remote service intervals agreed in writing beforehand.

Why only two a month?

The people who install it are the people who maintain it — and they are the only two who ever enter your house. A third installation would mean a third crew, and that is the thing we are selling against.

Next step

A consultation, at your house.

We look at the space, the power, the drainage and your water, then tell you what your house actually needs — including if that is a smaller build than you expected, or none at all.

Free. No obligation. Nothing ordered until you have seen the layout. One visit, two people, no photographs.

Two installations a month. Client names and addresses are never published. Nothing on this page is medical advice — cold water immersion and sauna use do not suit everyone. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or are under medical care, speak to your doctor first.
