Collections: Special Filters

Special Filters include Multimedia Filters, Catalytic Filters, and Carbon Filters.

At Innovative Water Solutions Inc, instead of using sand, we use only Activated Filter Media AFM® for Multimedia Filtration. We also use Iwanthra® Anthracite to improve filter runtime.

We call Catalytic Filters as Iron Busters. These filters can easily filter out Iron, and under certain circumstances, also remove manganese and arsenic.

Carbon Filters are good for removing chlorine by-products, different types of odor, improve taste and also remove micro-plastics and forever chemicals. Not every carbon is built the same though. That's why we choose only IBP approved Carbon.
