Your flow or water bill
Wastewater is roughly 80% of your water consumption, so a water bill is often enough to size the conversation.
Photos of the existing plant
Tanks, blowers, diffusers, the clarifier surface. Photos frequently reveal in seconds what a description takes an hour to explain.
Your discharge point
Where the treated water actually goes — canal, creek, river, sea, sewer or reuse tank. This determines the standard you are held to.

What Happens
How the call works
You send the form below with a short description and your preferred time. We come back to confirm a slot, usually the same working day. The call itself runs on whatever you are comfortable with — phone, Viber, Messenger, Google Meet or Zoom. If your question turns out to need a site visit or a laboratory test to answer honestly, we will say so rather than guess.
