Who Needs One

  • Your building permit, occupancy permit or business permit is conditional on having a wastewater treatment facility.
  • You are building a hotel, condominium, hospital, commercial building, school or factory.
  • DENR, your LGU, your water utility, your mall admin or your industrial park has asked for a discharge permit.
  • You have a septic tank only, and the water leaving it goes to a canal, creek or drainage line.
  • Your existing plant has stopped meeting its limits and you are deciding whether to fix or replace it.

What It Costs

Why nobody can quote you over the phone

The honest answer is that flow rate alone does not set the price. A 20 m³/day plant for an office building and a 20 m³/day plant for a hospital are different machines, because the strength of the wastewater and the parameters you are held to are different. Whether you already have usable tanks changes the figure more than almost anything else.

So instead of asking you to wait for a callback, we built the estimator. Pick your facility type, your discharge class and your flow, and it returns an indicative starting price based on prices we have actually charged on comparable projects — not a textbook figure.

Three ways to build it

Retrofit what you have

Where existing septic or treatment tanks have usable volume and sound structure, we install the treatment inside them. Usually the cheapest route, and the fastest, because there is no excavation.

Brand-new fibreglass

Modular prefabricated tanks, set above ground or semi-inground. Fast to install, minimal site disruption — suited to sites with space and to projects on a schedule.

New concrete, built by us

Reinforced concrete tanks with manhole covers and a covered pump and blower room, for underground and basement installations. Quoted separately from the treatment system so you can see both numbers.

Reuse, if it pays

Tertiary polishing so treated water can flush toilets and irrigate landscaping. On high-water-bill facilities this often pays for itself.

A note on imported package plants: they can look cheaper on equipment price, but that price typically excludes freight, duties, local civil adaptation, plumbing tie-in, commissioning, warranty support, spare parts, operator training and permit assistance. When something goes wrong two years in, the difference is whether help arrives in hours or in shipping weeks.
