What we have built in Cebu City
Two very different jobs, and between them they cover most of what a Cebu City site turns out to need.
Velez General Hospital · Cebu City
A 250,000 litre per day wastewater treatment facility — the largest we have delivered. Hospital wastewater is not simply a larger version of domestic sewage; the load varies sharply through the day and the discharge parameters that apply are not the ones a residential building would meet.
Banilad Place Residences · Cebu City
This one was a retrofit rather than a new build, and it is the situation we meet most often in older Cebu City buildings. Rather than demolish and start again, we installed biological carrier media inside the existing septic tank chambers and added a compact pump room, then verified the result with in-house and accredited third-party analysis. Where an existing tank has usable volume in the right place, working inside it is almost always cheaper and less disruptive than building new. The judgement is knowing when the existing structure genuinely can carry the process and when it cannot.

What we have built in Mandaue
Mandaue is where commercial and light industrial sit next to each other, and the two need different plants.
North Road Plaza · Mandaue City
A complete sewage treatment plant for a commercial plaza — new treatment tanks, the pump room, and accredited third-party effluent analysis at the end. A plaza is a mixed problem: tenants change, kitchens come and go, and the load a year after opening is rarely the load in the drawings.

A complete sewage wastewater treatment plant for an industrial facility, with compliance confirmed on an ongoing basis by third-party certificates of analysis. On industrial sites the first question is never the equipment — it is which streams are actually reaching the plant, and whether any of them pull the whole discharge under stricter parameters than the owner is expecting.

What we have built on Mactan
MactanMed Hospital · Lapu-Lapu City
A 150,000 litre per day hospital wastewater treatment facility, formerly ARC Hospital. The existing rotating biological contactor was removed, a new treatment tank was constructed, and diffusers and piping were installed. Replacing a working technology with a different one is a decision we do not take lightly — it is only correct when the existing process cannot be made to meet the parameters at the load the site now has, rather than simply being old.
Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa · Lapu-Lapu City
Not a sewage plant, but worth naming here because it is the other half of what Mactan sites need: AFM® filtration as pre-treatment ahead of desalination, and a retrofit of the ocean filters serving the ocean pool. Coastal sites bring salinity and seawater intake problems that inland Cebu does not have.

How We Work
The same team designs it and builds it
That arrangement has a conflict inside it, and we would rather name it than pretend it does not exist.
A company that designs your plant and then builds it has an obvious incentive to design something larger than you need. We have written openly about that conflict and about how we handle it. The short version is that the sizing arithmetic goes in the quotation where you can check it, and we would rather you put our design in front of someone else — including an AI tool — than sign it on trust.
On the construction itself there are three routes and you should pick whichever suits you: we build it, you build it with your own contractor, or your contractor builds it under our supervision for a stated fee. The design does not change based on which one you choose.
Establishing your receiving water and its DENR classification is our work, not a task we hand back to you on a list. The same goes for the grease interceptor and for regulatory filings. What genuinely belongs to the client is builder's work and business decisions — not treatment engineering.
